Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any return sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for posting the item back to us.

Please ensure returns are packaged safely, securely, and sent with a tracking number - please take note of this tracking number for future reference.

Returning unwanted products

  • Products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
  • Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unopened.
  • Products not returned in this condition will be not be accepted.
  • We highly recommend using a tracked service to return items. We will not be held responsible for any returns that go missing in transit if we have not provided the postage.

Returning faulty or damaged products

  • Faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
  • If you contact us first with information/images about the fault/damage, we will provide you with a returns label free of charge.
  • Sadly due to the nature of this industry and how in demand certain products are, a replacement may not be available.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept returns on any sealed product that has been opened.  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking Fees

If you are refund process is approved then you are not subject to restocking fees when returning an item to us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
