Shipping Policy (UK)

We strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping options below:

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24)

  • Orders up to £150 are shipped via your choice at checkout of Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 with upgrades for signature services also available.
  • Orders are processed within 48 hours and dispatched Monday to Friday. Please note that sometimes delays may happen.
  • Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
  • Orders over £150 have free shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 24!

If you wish for your order to be sent via Royal Mail special delivery, please do drop us a message and we'll do our best to help.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order items will be sent 2-3 days before release if stock has arrived in store. Stock arriving from our suppliers can range from a week before release, to a day before release. With this in mind, please be aware your order may arrive after the official release date. Sometimes delays may also occur due to couriers that are beyond our control but we will do our best to remedy the situation.

If your order contains multiple items and one/some of which are Pre-Order items, your order will be held until all items are available. If you require your items sooner please create 2 separate orders.

General Information

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Shipping times are estimated and may be subject to unforeseen delays.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
  • If there are any issues with your shipment, contact our team at contact@thegamerslodge.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
  • Please contact us as soon as you suspect something is amiss with your delivery so we can investigate asap.

Eco Policy

We aim to be as eco-friendly as we can with our packaging. Using recyclable materials where possible. As a store that receives multiple deliveries a week, we try and re-use our supply boxes too. So you'll sometimes find your delivery arrives in one of these boxes and it may look less than pretty. But your item will always be packed safely and with care.
